It is a blend of international and Greek white varieties, that is characterized by its crispiness.

Vinification:
Separate vinification of each grape variety with a small percentage of cold maceration to obtain the desired aromatic intensity. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature (18 - 20 °C) in order to maintain the varietal aromatic character and to produce the desirable secondary aromas. Blending takes place after alcoholic fermentation to produce a well-structured and balanced fresh wine.

At 8-10 °C
Food pairing:
Best paired with chicken, turkey and fatty fish. Excellent pairing with cheese platters, salads and fruit.
