Peplo rose dry wine 750ml – Skouras

Pale, brilliant color, the absolute Coral with red gold hues. Intense and fresh on the nose with aromas of watermelon, strawberry, white flowers, such as violet and rose petals, coupled with lemon citrus, grapefruit and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it has a medium body, nerve and acidity, structure and complexity, coming from acacia and clay. Flavours are consistent with aromas while the finish is long with developing flavours.

Peplo rose dry wine 750ml

One of the most 'elaborate' rosé wines not only of the Greek but of the world vineyard. 3 different varieties, 3 different types of 'containers' for fermentation and maturation. Agiorgitiko has been fermented and matured in acacia barrels, Syrah in stainless steel tanks and Mavrofilero has been extracted with the whole peels for 4 months in amphorae. Grapes of all varieties come from an altitude of over 600 meters.
