The estate-owned vineyard that today occupies 57 hectares, 380 metres above sea level, surrounds the winery.
Vinification:
After the grapes are macerated at a low temperature, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at 18°C.
Served:
Try it chilled at 10°C in its first two years.
Food pairing:
It can be served with shellfish, crayfish, lobster and shrimp, seafood pasta, but also sauteed mushrooms, vegetable-based dishes and various deli meats.
