Anax Antonopoulos Chardonnay White wine is one of the most famous samples of Greek Chardonnay. With big sales in the Greek market, it is offered for many delicious flavor combinations.

Character:
Light golden yellow color (Anax). On the nose we have aromas of banana, apple, apricot and peach. Oily, full, with a sweet and long aftertaste.
Variety:
100% Chardonnay.
Origin:
Vasiliko and Demestiha of Achaia with an altitude of 150 and 900 meters.
Winemaking:
For the fermentation and maturation of the wine, they use exclusively French oak barrels of 225 liters, 15% new, 45% second, and 40% third use. Anax Antonopoulos Vineyards matures in the barrel for about 8 months along with its fine wine lees. If properly maintained, it is drunk for the next 7 years. The result is exuberant, intense, and buttery.
